1.According to survey of Jinnah Hospital, 70% people were satisfied because of quick service and some how by reference. 2.The registration panel have to performed all the activities about new customer initially that is why 20% people have issue about waiting in queue. 3. The registration panel search the customer by contact number. If customer will be registered in past then customer will get the concession but if customer is new ,he/she has to tell his contact number to receptionist on registration panel.In any case customer lost his old contact which was registered in hospital he has to make new registration with new queries so, that is why 10% people have concession issues.
